Dreams & Clay

In the days leading up to the workshop, you’ll be invited to begin noticing your night dreams. Through simple journaling, you’ll start to connect with the images, feelings, and fragments that arise while you sleep.

During our time together, we begin with a soft arrival and grounding moment before moving into a guided clay session. Using hand-building techniques, you’ll shape and translate elements of your dreams into form—working intuitively, without pressure or expectation.

This workshop is not about analysing or “figuring out” your dreams, but rather about feeling into them—allowing texture, shape, and touch to express what words often cannot.

No prior experience with clay is needed. Just come as you are, with curiosity and openness.
