About the event
To slow down, look back with gratitude and reflect on all that this year has brought you, the experiences, lessons, challenges, people and beautiful moments that have shaped your journey. 🌿
Moulding Your Vision is more than just a pottery workshop. It is a gentle and intentional space to reconnect with yourself, honour your growth and give meaning to the journey you have travelled.
Through guided meditation, reflection and journaling, Silvia will guide you through an opportunity to look back on the year with curiosity and gratitude. Together, we’ll create space to acknowledge the experiences that have shaped you, celebrate how far you have come and recognise the blessings, memories and moments you would like to carry forward.
You’ll also be gently invited to reflect on what may no longer serve you and what you may be ready to leave behind.
Through the grounding and mindful practice of working with…
