This is an invitation to pause from the noise of everyday life and create space to reconnect with yourself, your intentions, your dreams, your values and the vision you hold for the next chapter of your life.

Through guided reflection and mindful clay work, you'll explore what you want to nurture, release or make space for. You don't need to know exactly what you want to create. Instead, you'll be encouraged to let your hands lead the way and allow your personal expression to emerge naturally through the clay.

You will create a personal ceramic piece inspired by your inner journey, something that holds meaning for you and becomes a tangible reminder of the intentions you explored during the workshop.
