Service Description

Create a unique and memorable experience with your partner, bestie or family member, by taking a custom clay workshop together and bonding over a shared creative adventure. This 1,5hour intimate, hands-on session is ideal for those with no experience as you have my full attention while I guide you through the basics of working with clay over a glass of wine. You will both get the opportunity to play on the wheel, get muddy and have fun! All materials and clay is included. At the end of the session, pick one piece each to get fired and glazed, we will email you when it's ready for collection at the studio (approx 4-6 weeks). What you will make: Usually a small tumbler. This is an introductory session, so please be gentle with yourself, pottery takes a lot of practice, relax and have fun with it! What to bring: Wear clothes you don't mind getting dirty, make sure your nails are short if possible and bring a bobble to tie your hair back. Please note, this is a private session held at my studio in Blouberg, Cape Town.
